How we met
Raphi couldn’t leave the states and drove form New Orleans to Wisconsin to bridge a summer before his last year in Seminary. Little did he know that he would meet Ell.July 4 2016

The day we found out that we both liked Josh Garrels might have changed our lives. Later in the summer, we found out that Garrels would be preforming not too far away. This concert became the first time we hung out outside of camp.August 13 2016
The long distance begins
At the end of camp, Raphi asked Ell out but she was about to move to British Columbia, Canada and so she needed time to figure things out. Meanwhile, Raphi moved back to New Orleans to finish his studies.December 30 2016
Starting the dating game
After we parted our ways, we stayed in contact through the months. Christmas came around and we both ended up back in Wisconsin for the holidays. Let’s just say Raphi asked Ell out once more and Ell said yes.September 1 2017

Raphi interned at a church in Austria while Ell interned with a charity in IrelandSeptember 1 2018
The long distance ends
Ell moved back to British Columbia to finish her last year of college. Not long after, Raphi followed suite in order to make an end to this long-distance-thing.October 27 2018
